Shear

Cutting

Drilling

If your part requires a single hole or a series of various size holes, we have you covered. We can handle a short few parts with the same accuracy as long production runs requiring a programmed process for dead on repetitiveness.  Whether your parts require micro drilling, counter sink, counter boring or just a single hole, GR Fabrication’s staff can fill your needs expertly.

Welding

When metal parts need to be joined together at a prescribed location and fused through welding techniques, we have the seasoned, skilled, certified welders to perform the task accurately time after time. After tack welding the assembled parts, the item’s tolerances are checked and accuracy is verified before final welding. After general specifics are evaluated we can either mig or tig weld to your specifications.

Special Applications

We have many customers requiring special thread inserts or stud inserts to be staked to a chassis or cabinet allowing more secure threading in thinner material.  These special inserts (PEM TM) require a certified machine designed specifically to properly fasten the insert to the metal called “staking”.  As with all of our equipment, GR fabrication purchased the specific staking machine to do the job right.
